By accessing this website, booking an inspection, or using our resources, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. Website Use

• The content on this site is for general information only. We make efforts to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a specific purpose.

• You agree to use the site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

2. Services

• Lock & Key Property Inspections provides residential property inspections and related services.

• A property inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment of a home at the time of inspection. It does not guarantee future condition or replace specialist evaluations.

• Recommendations for additional testing or specialists (e.g., radon, sewer, pest, HVAC) are provided when appropriate.

3. Reports

• Inspection reports are delivered electronically, usually within 48 hours of the inspection.

• Reports are for the client’s use only. Sharing with agents, sellers, or third parties is at the client’s discretion.

• Reports reflect the home’s condition at the time of inspection and may not identify latent or future issues.

4. Payments

• Fees for services are due at or before the inspection unless otherwise agreed.

• Online payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal). We do not store your full payment information.

• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. 

5. Resources & Downloads

• Free resources provided on our site (e.g., The Smart Buyer’s Inspection Guide) are for personal use only.

• You may not republish, redistribute, or resell our resources without permission.

• We may ask for your email address in exchange for resources; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

6. Intellectual Property

• The website design, logo, brand, and all original content are the property of Lock & Key Property Inspections.

• You may not copy or reproduce material without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Inspections and reports are provided according to InterNACHI Standards of Practice and your signed inspection agreement.

• Lock & Key Property Inspections is not liable for damages beyond the fee paid for the inspection service.

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on website information outside the scope of a signed inspection agreement.

Our website may link to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those sites.
