Before founding Lock and Key Property Inspections in Fort Collins, Colorado, Graham Granger helped to manage and maintain over 100 homes and apartment units for a property management company. He coordinated and performed repairs, inspections, and renovations, overseeing everything from HVAC and electrical systems to structural work and finish details.
Through that experience, Graham saw a consistent pattern: the same preventable issues appeared again and again because no one had taken the time to look deeper. He learned where shortcuts tend to happen, what repairs are commonly overlooked, and how minor maintenance issues can quietly grow into major, costly problems for homeowners.
