Before founding Lock & Key, Graham Granger helped to manage and maintain over 100 homes and apartment units for a property management company. He coordinated and performed repairs, inspections, and renovations, overseeing everything from HVAC and electrical systems to structural work and finish details.
Through that experience, Graham saw a consistent pattern: the same preventable issues appeared again and again because no one had taken the time to look deeper. He learned where shortcuts tend to happen, what repairs are commonly overlooked, and how minor maintenance issues can quietly grow into major, costly problems for homeowners.
That insight inspired him to create Lock & Key Property Inspections—a company built to go beyond the checklist. Graham’s goal is to provide inspections that give clients a clear understanding of their home, using modern tools, high-
quality photos, and clear explanations that make the process transparent and stress-free.
As a fully insured Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), Graham combines professional training with hands-on experience. He approaches each inspection as both a technician and a teacher, helping clients see not only what’s wrong, but also why it matters and what to do next.
